How did you find out about NBG and why you want to do this ride?
Bought a recumbent and the rest is history in the making. It is a great cause and an excellent reason to get out and crank.
Touring experience:
2X Across America (North route and Central), numerous adventures: Europe, Hawaii, Up and down the coast, from here to most any and everywhere.
Tell us about your bike:
Tour Easy...took coast to coast.
Describe your training regimen:
Bike to work and do a great deal of local riding (Niscene Marks, Wilder.)
How many miles do you ride a year?
Some years 5,000, others 1,000
Are you car free or interested?
In between. I work in Capitola and live on the West Side. I try and commute 2/3 days per week.
How are you making time for this event?
Teacher...Vacation!!!
How many miles do you plan to ride in 2002?
2,500
What are your fears about doing this ride?
Making it on time.
